Does G dragon have muscles and are his muscles buff or ripped?

He didn't at first - then during the heartbreaker era he had muscly arms, they were toned and buff - not ripped. He got skinny again after the scandal in October but he seems to be working out again. But he still looks lean because it's the best look for him :)
