My husband and I went to a session this Tues. My husband who only went because I guilted him into it, has had not ONE craving or losing his temper. He also smoked a lot more than I did. Worked great for him. Me on the other hand, am having major withdrawls, mood swings, and eating like you wouldn't believe. Guess it really depends on the individual, I'm sticking with it though, because I will be a NON-SMOKER yet!
