Well, i personally have been using this spray for about a month. My hair is very short and frizzy and i spray it on right before i flat iron. Its great for protection i guess, but as for making your hair smoother and more sleek over time is B.S.!!! The only thing i like about it is that it makes my hair flat and stiff in the dry areas (very undesirable unless you have VERY short hair.) I will soon change to Matrix sleek.look flat iron protector.

Most people don't realise how damaging it is to your hair. You may also want to consider getting your hair relaxed (like me).
