Yes, lymphocytes do have a nucleus. They need this nucleus because it will contain DNA necessary for protein synthesis and replication. Erythrocytes, RBC, on the other hand DO NOT have a nucleus and organelles because they do not need proteins and they do not replicate (undergo meiosis or mitosis), they are simply created from pluripotent stem cells in the bone marrow.
