Does a purple nurple give you breast cancer?

My mother was a 60 yr old caregiver for elderly, senile people and one 84 year old senile woman

got mad at her for some imagined slight and grabbed her breast, pinched VERY HARD

and TWISTED causing a very serius bruise on my mother, which formed a small lump

which turned hard and kept growing till it was the size of a small orange before my mother

got the courage to tell someone and see a doctor about it. (She waited till AFTER my deathly ill father passed away.)

Her doctor first thought she was a goner when he saw it because she had waited so long and it was a visable growth on her breast, the size of an orange, but although it was a cancer on her breast he later said biopsy indicated it was NOT breast cancer but was instead a type of non-metastasizing kind of cancer usually found under the tongue in the parotid gland of the mouth. She got lumpectomy surgery and radiation but not chemo. She was fine for 15 years afterwards. She did come down with blood/bone cancer (multiple myeloma) some 15 years later and lived 3 years with that, dying at 79.
