Pimples are mainly caused by hormones influencing your body chemistry. The same hormones also make people interested in sex. So they tend to coincide, but aren't directly linked to each other.

no. pimples are caused by dirt underneath the skin has nothing to do with sex. if you sweat and then wash your face it will clear it up better.

Pimples are partially caused by the hormone changes in your body associated with puberty - the phase to adulthood and sexual maturity.

And these are the same hormones that gets you interested in sex - which is why people tend to experience masturbation/sex at about the same time as they develop pimples.

They don't cause each other, but they are both brought on by puberty.

No. And contrary to what most parents may tell you, chocolate, sodas, sweets etc. does not affect your skin either! They grew up with that being "the cause of acne" while it may not totally be out of the factor you would have to eat a TON every day for it to really make a difference. Washing your face too often (more than twice a day) can also increase acne. This happens because your skin is becoming too dry and produces more oil to make up for what is lost in all the cleansing. It is best to use a wash with benzoyl peroxide twice a day and maybe a cream/lotion too. If it persists you should see a dermatologist. They have topical gels and oral medication that works wonders with acne!
