Umm both really but if it is to low it can't but if it is to high then again so it needs to be in the middle cos if u were very hott that blood is not also going round you whole body but slot of if goes to your brain and make u feel sleepy hot and probley dizzy and that may mean u have a high blood pressure but if u r cold then the blood is going down so if u r a female it mat come out in the loo but if u r a male then your blood may go a very darker red witch could mean u could go dizzy tired and cold but it may mean u have a low blood presure but the same with girls u can get very dark blood to so yh blood needs to traval in the middle or if u don't do anythink aboutyour high or low blood preassur u coold get very bad headack or lose slot of blood witch could mean death
