Does cervical dysplasia affect future fertility?

Yes. I had surgery to treat cervical dysplasia in 2004. I went on to conceive in 2005 and today I have 2 healthy children. I think it might depend on how much tissue was actually removed. Ask your doctor about it. Also, you have to take care of yourself so that the condition doesn't return (i.e. don't smoke, maintain healthy weight...etc)

PID and chlamydia can make it diffcult to get pregnant in the future. HPV does not affect future fertility.

Among women with chlamydia, 10 to 15% will have pelvic inflammatory disease. In many cases, they many not notice any symptoms although chlamydia is affecting their fertility.

Of those with PID, 20% may have scarring that affects fertility, and 9% may have future ectopic pregnancy.

So for every 100 women with chlamydia, two or three will be infertile and one to one and a half may have a future tubal pregnancy.

HPV can cause genital warts or Cervical cancer. As long as you don't have cancer, it doesn't pose threat to fertility.

A woman with HPV can still get pregnant and have children unless she develops cervical cancer due to HPV. Cervical cancer can be avoided or detected early on with regular testing.
HPV will not cause men to become infertile.
No. But it is a sexually transmitted virus, and protection should always be used. If children are desired, it should be discussed between the partners that one has a virus that can be transmitted to the other if there is unprotected sex.
