When circumcision is performed on an adult, local anaesthetic is given which numbs the penis. This wears off a few hours after the circumcision. At this point, the penis may be extremely sore. Bleeding, severe pain and infection are common following circumcisions. Painkillers in tablet-form are given after circumcision, but have little effect. The pain may continue for weeks following the procedure. Erections that occur following circumsion can be extremely painful.
Circumcision was usually performed on infants without anesthetic in the US, but now their doctors use mild pain suppressents which do virtually nothing to relieve the boy's pain. They are invariably awake and able to feel the foreskin being removed. They are also prone to infections, bleeding, and pain following circumcision.
Adult circumcision is performed under local or general anaesthetic in the UK. A local anaesthetic (two injections in the base of the penis) numbs the penis totally and has none of the risks of general anaesthesia. The pain afterwards is intense while healing takes place, not to mention infected sutures and stuck bandaging which has to removed and replaced. Nocturnal erections and pain when the wound is healing is traumatic. Also, the permanently exposed glans is extremely sensitive at first - very like the sensation we get from hitting our humerus (funny bone). Eventually the glans is denuded of sensation as the months and years go by... and it grows a toughened cover of tissue in an attempt to protect it - as its foreskin once did.
AnswerThe surgery itself is painless of course because of the anesthetic (you only feel pressure), but once it wears off it might start to hurt. "Severe pain" and "extremely painful" aren't what I experienced however. Anything else than lying and yes, it can be painful, but while lying down and with comfortable trousers there's no problem. That also wore off after a week anyway. The pain is greatly exaggerated by many , its no worse than getting a tooth out and having had it done at 24 I should know. Would suggest Muslim doctors -- they are excellent at this proceedure.the same rights as a hurt adult

Do you really want to know?. If she does and you tell her you are not sure, this will hurt her. If she does not this will hurt you. Sometimes things are best undiscovered.

You should either tell an adult or personally confront the bully and tell him that he has hurt your feelings or you. If that doesn't work, contact your parents or an adult.
Yes, it is rather painful. It is thought the older you are, the longer it will take to heal, so if you are an adult or even an OAP it will hurt for a longer period of time.
