If you accidentally swallow E45 cream, it's important to stay calm. E45 cream is a topical moisturizer and is not meant for ingestion, but small amounts may not cause significant harm. Rinse your mouth with water and drink a small amount of water to help dilute it. If you experience any adverse symptoms or have concerns, contact a healthcare professional or poison control for advice.
No, it is not recommended to use E45 cream on cats. Cats groom themselves and can ingest the cream, leading to potential toxicity. It is best to consult with a veterinarian for safe and appropriate skin treatment for your cat.
i think so....
NO. Any oil based cream will 'cake' and will act to form a sort of layer that keeps the heat in and will worsen the burn. Use a very thin very light gel or cream such as aloe vera(if you can get hold of a plant and cut the leaves its fantastic) you will need to apply very very regularly, if the burn is bad then look at applying as soon as the gel has been absorbed

As far as I can determine, E45 is only available through Boots in the UK and Ireland. I'm looking for an equivalent as well and have found Cetaphil, a canadain product, which is well praised for similar reasons as E45.
