Yes Mucinex can cause diarreah.....i have readit on here documented by several sources......i had the bad experience of Mucinex with Zpac.......it gave me horrible diarreah.....water.....many times in the day. don't combine these two products. and Mucinex alone can cause D. the main ingredient of Mucinex is also in many expectorant cough and cold medications. i had taken 2 does of that that same day before starting the Mucinex. Never Again! Don't even try it. not a good thing.
