Mustard has long been renowned in folklore for having numerous health benefits. It's credited with improving digestion owing to the increased flow of saliva and gastric juices, with treating skin diseases because of its high sulphur content, and for acting as a cough suppressant, a diuretic and an anti-inflammatory. Mustard plasters are a traditional treatment for aching muscles and rheumatic pain, and for relieving sinus congestion and sore throat. Unfortunately none of these uses of mustard has any relevance to breast growth and despite mustard's long use in alternative medicine it does not appear to have ever been used as a means of promoting breast development.
