Yes. Your body is constantly fighting pain, and because your spine is curved your body is standing at unnatural angles and some of your muscles are constantly working because of the different angles. The pain is the big factor however as your body will naturally fight this by creating chemicals to counter the pain. And if your in pain 24/7 this can be tiring. Take into effect you not sleeping well due to the pain and discomfort.
i read on yahoo answers that you can do cheer leading with scoliosis just that it"ll make you tired or sometimes but not always pain if you do backflips and all that cool stuff
