For about a week, I've had Strep throat but hadnt been to the doctor. Eventually, the pain got to me and he prescribed me some antibiotics (Amoxicillin Trihydrate). I took my one pill that afternoon, and one after dinner. I took a third one this morning around 6 AM and went back to sleep.
I woke up feeling something in the back of my throat i just couldn't swallow. Turns out its my uvula.
Since i don't know my regular tongue size (never knew i would need to), im not sure if its my throat slightly swelling again, my tongue swelling (i think that might be it), or my uvula swollen (can that even happen?)
Any sollutions?

Yes, the bacteria that cause strep throat, primarily Streptococcus pyogenes, can survive on surfaces like blankets for a limited time, typically a few hours to a few days, depending on environmental conditions. While direct transmission usually occurs through respiratory droplets, contaminated surfaces can pose a risk if someone touches them and then their face. Regular cleaning and hygiene practices can help reduce the risk of transmission.
If your dog has an ear infection it definitely could cause his eyes to be swollen. Infections can travel if not treated.
Impetigo is a highly contagious bacterial skin infection primarily affecting the outer layer of the skin, commonly around the face and limbs. It is caused by Staphylococcus aureus or Streptococcus pyogenes. While impetigo itself does not occur in the throat, the bacteria that cause impetigo can lead to other infections, such as strep throat. If you suspect throat symptoms alongside skin lesions, it's essential to consult a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis.

Scarlet fever attacks by giving a person a red rash that has a sandpaper like feeling around the body also it can cause strep throat, red line's in certain areas, bumps on the tongue, face paleness, throat and gland problems, nausea and headache's. Scarlet fever is spread by a toxin that's released into the bloodstream.
it is my understanding that scarlet fever is caused by the strep bacteria... however all because your child has strep doesn't mean that they are sensitive to the toxins produced by the strep bacteria or that the toxins were even produced.. my sister had this a few years ago (i thought it was a thing of the past) while my brother and i have never had it. the symptoms she had were a red "scarlet" rash on her face back chest (everywhere!... you can't miss it), sore throat (as you would with strep), fever, and her tonsils and tongue had white speckles on them and I remember her being very fatigued
youd prolly have a sticky throat just be happy your not in my girls position i aim for the face
