not really, it'll coagulate and will evaporate to a certain extent. look at it this way; if you cook a nice bloody steak you dont end up with burnt blood it just loses its color and turns to a clearer liquid in the pan. It would burn though if you instantly transported youself somewhere stupid at like 3000'C everything would just incinerate and youd be gone.

it will burn however, if it has been properly coagulated first, like in a black pudding it will char as its more solid
