Well, that depends on who already has it. If the girl already has HIV, then the boy will be alright as long as the condom does not BREAK. If the boy has it, the girl will be fine, as long as the condom does not break. If the condom DOES break and either one of them have it, the other will get the virus as well, even if you pull out quickly.

either way it is harder to contract the virus from a woman then from a man. the individuals viral load (the number copies of the virus in the body) also plays a big role. a person with a high viral load is more likely to pass the virus quicker than a person with a low to non-detectable viral load. theres a couple factors here that play in the transmission of the virus. you don't necessarily get HIV from first contact again there are alot of things to look At here. this first answer really sucked and would seriously keep alot of people in the dark. relations are sooo possible with safe sex..... get a clue people
