Anablephobia and Anablepophobia are names of phobias relating to the fear of looking up
Even very neurotic people are not actually afraid of themselves, but many people do fear that they are in some way not good enough. They fear their own weakness. But it's not really a phobia, it's a lack of self confidence.
arachnaphobia
Persistent, abnormal and unwarranted fear of looking up. (Not necessarily the sky, could be ceilings etc..) The fear of looking into the sky
