How to make Curly hair healthy? well the most misunderstood thing is... this may sound gross to some people but curly haired people should NOT wash their hair everyday. People with curly hair should only wash their hair every 7 to 10 days, washing our hair everyday strips the oils that make our hair healthy and less puffy. Also take a look at what type of shampoo your using, some people try to flatten their hair out by using straightening shampoo DON'T you need to find a good CURLY hair shampoo the creates curls, same with the conditioner.

Also don't brush your hair, brushing your hair breaks up the curls and makes it really puffy. The only time i brush my hair is when its wet, so you should buy a comb if you don't already have one or you can use you fingers, I like using my fingers the best

You should invest in a good leave in conditioner to put in your hair after your done in the shower, this will help with fly aways and puffiness

Also you should have a defuser for your blow dryer this helps form curls the right way while your hair drys

You need to have a curl cream to put in your hair as well this will make your curls nice and sperated in stead of just a bunch of friz,

depending on the weather I sometimes put jell in my hair as well but I don't like how it makes your hair hard so try to stay away from jells and moose's.

Scrunch your hair a lot with your hands as you out the cream in your hair this helps make curls.

and try not to use a lot of heat on your hair like straighteners and curlers
