Test ResultsNot necessarily. Test results aren't usually allowed to be given out other than in person to insure confidentiality. This to insure that you, the person being tested, are the only one receiving your personal information, because someone could pretend to be you on the phone. When you have most tests done you are asked to set an appoint to discuss any results.
