I have the same problem. Three days ago I vomited while standing up and got the most intense pain in the back of my head on the left side. It lasted about 30 minutes. Then this morning while getting my children on the school bus and talking to the bus driver it started up again. I think it's probably strain from the act of vomiting but Im worried that it keeps happening.
