Well, hun. It depends on what KIND of depression. But Im also depressed, it stresses you out doesnt it? Well, I would suggest going to counseling. Or talking it out with a friend. This might sound weird, but crying it all out really does help. Sometimes you just want to let it out and tell a friend, and sometimes you want to keep it as a secret. If your the type that doesnt want to tell, then, well..figure out ways to make you feel better, and sooner or later you will forget about it, it will be your past, and if its your past, people cant judge you for it. And it will all go away. Pray to god. He will help, but only if you admit to try, and to let, and to believe he will help you. Im sorry for your depression. (:
