Sleeping can also help, giving your mind and body to rest, but if the situation is serious try speaking to a close friend or trusted relative or even a local counsellor or psychologist.
Just relax and DONT think about it the whole day, whatever problem your having. Think of exciting things coming up, maybe a holiday, or birthday. If the stress coems back push it away and think of other things. Then once you've done that for a day, sleep through it, take some breaks if stress ever comes back. But sleep really helps so make sure your getting enough of it!

Neither of these should be used to treat anxiety. Both Tramadol and Codeine are used to treat pain. There are lots of medications to treat anxiety. Codeine can be very addictive! Talk to your doctor......
