Are you asking this question because you wish to know how you could grow this additional height in this time period or because you already have grown this height in this time period? If you have already grown 7 inches since you were 15 that is pretty typical for the growth rate during late puberty and greater growth rates are pretty commmon too. If you are already 19 and wish to grow 7 inches during the next 4 yerars that is an entirely different prospect. At 19 you are probably already at, or close to, the end of puberty. If this is the case then you are unlikely to grow much more during the next 4 years and 7 inches seems highly unlikely. How tall are you? How far through puberty have you already gone? Why do you wish to increase your height by this particular amount over this particular time period?
