First off, everybody has hair when they're born. It's just under the skin and it's super small. But as he/ she lives longer and longer, the hair gets the nutrients that it needs and starts to grow (usually sting puberty)

It depends on genetics, your ancestry , your general health and nutrition , and age. Most Asian and Native American men have significantly less hair on their legs . You may have some form of alopecia. You can afford that hair growth serum for your legs, it would cost a fortune. Women don't really care much about stuff like that. Just relax and be who you are, and be glad your not clogging your drains. I have a real hair-bear at my house, and it's just one more thing to clean up .
