Cardio includes: Fast paced walking up to 5 days a week, Running 3-4 days a week, Bike riding, and just plain moving! First take a measurment of your hips and do some cardio for a couple weeks and watch to see if those hips are slimmed. Remember that some people are just born with wider hips so don't be disappointed if you don't get results right away.
