That's a little like what goes on inside your body. By exercising, you effectively "stir" up all the chemicals that are in different places in your body. Muscle contractions help to move lymph around (the garbage collecting system of your body) so that your body can then process and excrete toxins. Without exercise, these toxins can build up in your body and cause problems.
