If we are considering medications to be only those that are obtained by prescription, there are several that can increase the incidence of cancer. Most notably, hormone replacement therapy for post-menopausal women has shown higher rates of cancer. To my knowledge, any type of hormone or steroid treatment can lead to cancer because it affects the cell growth rates throughout the body. Uncontrolled cell growth is what is believed to be the beginnings of cancer. Now, there is also the tricky word of "cause" in your question. Scientists still don't know the exact causes of cancer, although some genes have been found that increase the rate of cancer. Thus, even if you take hormones or other medications that can "cause" cancer, nothing will happen if you don't have those genes that make your body cancer prone.
