I used to eat paper and raw-rice i couldn't stop myself i kept on eating it my parents tried stopping me eating it by number of ways like eating a lot of food. Non of the ideas worked so I've been eatting them for 3 years. Kind of weird is'NT it i know.
Then i came up with i new idea i started eatting Mentos mints it really helped me it was crunchy and chewy.
You buy more tasty food instead of toilet paper, so therefore it is out of sight and out of mind. Problem solved.
