I experience the same thing. A Dr told me it is possible that I am mouth-breathing at night, thought I doubt I am. DRY air is a possible culprit so get a humidifier, preferrably a good one. I bought a cheap $20 one at 1st and it wasn't good enough. Using nasal spray like OCEAN helps too. Try that for 2 weeks, if it's still an issue it could be something more serious.
