How you cope with your Autistic sons behavior depends on what behavior he's displaying and what problems it is causing. One of the most important things to remember is that your child is Autistic, too often neurotypical parents of Autistic children try to force their children to act like they're neurotypical - this puts a lot of extra stress on a child so can make their Autism worse, but also it is telling your child you don't respect them. The more you work WITH your childs Autism the easier life will be for you, your child, and everyone else in your lives.

You can't cure autism, and there's no such thing as 'mild autism'.

Your son is Autistic, full-stop - autism is a spectrum so everyone is effected differently and to different severity, which can change throughout our lives, your son may be mildly effected but there's no such thing as being 'mildly autistic'. Autism is a neurological difference which makes your son who he is as it is how he interacts and interpenetrates the world, if you were to 'cure' his autism then he'd no longer be who he is. No parent should want to change their child, nor should they be ableist towards their child by rejecting a major aspect of who their child is because they think it's inferior.

honestly, make like cards on things he cant do and can do. He/she just may grow later but dont worry ur child is the best thing in ur life:)
