You can use a drop of tea tree oil ( its all natural). It helps stop the growth of any bacteria. Be sure not to use *too* much, because it will dry out the skin some. Also, to reduce the swelling of the pimple area, do ice treatments (hold ice wrapped in foil with a paper towel wrapped around it) and apply the ice for about ten minutes. Hope it helps!
