Well what do you eat most? What ever it is try cutting back on it just a little and see if your farting is less often. If so then that means it's probably that certain food you love so much. Try to avoid too much dairy butif none of this helps... Go to walgreens and get some gas-x.
Ps, if you gasp or breathe in but not out and then swallow some times, that WILL give you gas.

∙ 13y agoi dont know if it will work for you but it works for me. if you can, dont let them out and when you feel bloated drink alka seltzer and vomit it all out... :)

∙ 11y agoDon't drink fizzy juice to fast or don't have any of it even,don't eat food fast either as because if you eat food fast and drank fast it can turn to burping or sometimes farting
