a person is said to be fit when he or she does not have any sorts of health problems, does not have obesity can do any physical activity easily
Is your question relating to usage of the term, 'fit'? If so, 'fit' is a perfectly fit and proper term in this context. If I intend to convey the idea that a person being considered for a particular role will not work well or prove useful towards achieving my desired outcomes(s) it's fine to say, 'This person does not fit with my objectives,', because what I intend to convey is, quite simply, that in my view this person does not fit with my objective(s). In matters grammatical, when in doubt, paraphrase: 'I'd like a flowerbed here, but it won't fit with my overall plan (my objectives) for the garden,'; 'This person doesn't seem right for the job, their ideas don't fit with mine,' At the end of the page, if it looks right, feels right, reads right … it probably fits.
Ich bin fit = I am fit Du bist fit = You are fit

A person's physical state can say a lot about their character. It can say that they take care of themselves, or it might say that they don't. It is important to take care of yourself, so that people can see how you care about yourself.
