How can you tell when you are about to have your period?

You might start bloating, (I did) but some people don't. You will get cramps and head aches, and you will discharge. You will probably be 12 or 13, but some people don't get it until they're 16, or as early as 8!

I know it's embarrassing, but I did it. Ask you mom or your older sister when they started their period. I asked my older sister, but it wasn't so direct, I kinda joked about it because I was embarrassed.

You can tell if you're getting your period soon or not by whether you have gone through puberty, such as breast development, wider hips, and a growth spurt. You can never know the exact date but if you ask your mom or another adult in your family that is related to you by blood when they got it and most likely you would get it around that time.

If it is your first ever period , then you start "dotting". Dotting isn't a full flow period its just little dots of blood on your pants. This means your about to start your period , you will also feel cramps in your stomach and maybe some other side affects . Some people also see some physical changes .

you'll know when your about to get your period because your boby will tell you. it wount say ok your about to have your period but you will get some signs like headakes stomackakes and pimples you my have sour breasts and menstraistion( yellowy brown and white stuff in you underwear)

but when you do get your first period you will notice the pain alot but it wount kill you you will get use to it but right after it happends is tell your mom and after that try asking for some pads or tampons but i would start off with pads first if i were youit better since it just your first period

u will start geting cramps in ur lower abdomen and u might get a little grumpy at ur friends and teacher and parents it helps to sit down when u get cramps and try and sit straight with no wrinkles in ur tummy or just lie down
