How come sometimes your feces becomes different colors sometimes?

The thing that makes (ahem) fecal matter brown is a potent brownish-yellow pigment called bilirubin, which is found in the bile. It's what is left over when red blood cells die off and decompose, as they normally do throughout your life.

Bilirubin is taken out of the blood by the liver. There it's concentrated and shunted around some until it winds up in the intestines and gets excreted.
Hemoglobin is the red "dye " in your blood When red cells die they get broken down by the liver and some of the hemoglobin is lost (mostly defective (worn out) molecules) and is excreated via the bile duct. Hemoglobin decays with time (ever see a black eye heal) and as it does it changes color, from red to green to yellow to brown (Just like leaves on trees every fall - but they start green 'cause it's chlorophyll). You can guess how fast the bowels are passing material by the color of the stools, and if it's gray, you know the patient has liver problems.

Red bloody streaks may be signs of bleeding from lower in the intestinal tract, or only a sign of hemorrhoid problems, but either way, this should be also reported to a medical professional without undue delay.
