This is a problem I have been having for over a couple of years. I just cannot seem to focus on one topic for very long. I know this may be one of the traits of a multipersonalite but it has been damaging my friendships by creating wrong images of who I am in the eyes of my close and distant friends. For example I tend to say random things and act as if I do not know some things and that has resulted in my friends thinking that I am "stupid" I really don't want to be remembered as this and don't want my friends to treat me as if I am a person who isn't smart enough. Thanks for taking your time.

Each main body paragraph should typically focus on discussing one main idea or argument. This helps maintain clarity and coherence in your writing by allowing you to develop and support that particular idea with evidence and analysis.

Focus
You should aim to have one major idea or concept per presentation aid to ensure clarity and focus. Having more than one major idea can overwhelm the audience and dilute the impact of your message.
