Considering everything you've tried with no success, it may be something other than just regular acne, my first suggestion would be to schedule an appointment with a dermatologist to make sure it's not some type of bacterial or fungal infection. In the mean time, drink plenty of water daily and possibly give sweet almond oil a try. Almond has fatty acids that dissolve the sebum that causes acne.
