Normally, I just take a tissue and grab it and pull it out. Just make sure to wash your hands after! If your dog starts to yelp (cry out) when you start to pull it out, stop and then try again. If this does not work and it still yelps, there could be a sharp object in there and if it won't let in even put your hand near its butt, and every time you put your hand near it, the dog yelps, consider taking it to the vet. But this rarely happens, so just take a tissue and pull it out! Wash your hands afterwards...
