Well you should just tell a parent and try not to look at the scab and just somthing else.
You should not pick the scabs from impetigo, but if any yellow crust has formed overnight, you should remove it.
First you need to admit that you need to stop picking your noes. Then you need to find another habit to do while your bored.like tap your pencil or tap your toes.
There is no such medical name for it that I could find however everyone is calling it Scab Picking Disorder.
