Eat something spicy, like giardiniera.

Fill a sink with the hottest water that you can get in your house/apartment. Put a towel over your head as to enclose a small area over the sink to catch all the steam rising from the water surface. Breath heavily - you should feel some relief.

Buy some Eucalyptus oil and inhale it. Placing a dab of some vapor rub underneath your nostrils also works.

Massage the area around the nose, this does wonders! At the bridge on either side and the nostrils work well.
