Without immediate medical intervention, both twins will die, usually within hours of each other or less.
cause maybe one might die and the other will die
As strange as it might sound, it is possible, rare, but possible. The twins would probably die very early though.
just that they are conjoined, or joined together by a body part. if they are conjoined at the head, it could causes brain damage and depending on how much of a brain they share they will have to do surgery and during the surgery one of the babies will die. if it is not too severe, a quick separation won't do anything, but could causes mental problems during birth. i am not sure what happens by being conjoined at the heart, though. i think that is either impossible, or the baby(ies) is born dead.
Not necessarily. Conjoined twins may die at different times depending on the specific circumstances of their health and medical conditions. It is possible for one twin to die before the other in certain situations.

The Bunker Brothers, well-known conjoined twins, died on January 17, 1874. Chang Bunker died during his sleep of pneumonia. Eng Bunker died around three hours later after refusing to be separated from his brother.
No. The popular gen is it is best that people of this sort remain ( single) or dual-controlled and avoid any Center-Aisle Romantic entanglement. The original Chang and Eng ( l9Th century siamese twins) were married to one woman, normal, and produced normal offspring. Neither the Hilton sisters nor the Boston-area sisters as far as I know ever got married. There may be legal issues here, also. A different type of freak, the Amazon Sandra Allen, was never married. Most people of this type tend to die young, in the case of the overly tall woman, the circulatory system is over-taxed.
In conjoined twins or infant twins with health complications usually die within hours, days or weeks of one another. Most twins that live a full life do not necessarily die the same day, week, month or year and not always the same circumstances. It is a very small percentage that die within the same year due to extreme grief/depression. Some unusual co-incidences like twins that die the same day from unrelated road accidents or heart attacks have happened but very rare. In general each twin even though they are born the same day, will have a different death dates.
Mengele performed medical experiments on the inmates. This included atrocities such as sterilization and unnecessary surgery (even sewing twins together to make them "conjoined"). Perhaps most famous is his experiments on twins. He believed that he had a rare opportunity to make sure a set of twins would die at the same time, and he would perform autopsies. He was known as the Angel of Death.
