Obviously the most logical way to prevent the contraction of HIV is to wear a condom during sexual intercourse and furthermore to make sure your partner is 100 % clean of STD's before engaging in the act. This might kill the moment of love at a sensitive time in a relationship but asking your partner and making sure your partner is clean should be a respected action. Its just plain not worth dying over.

Can people who is not hIV positive can stay with hIV positive?

Yes, people who are not HIV positive can live safely with HIV positive partners. Advances in modern medicine and treatment options have made it possible for individuals with HIV to lead long, healthy lives and maintain fulfilling relationships. With proper care, including regular medical check-ups and antiretroviral therapy (ART), HIV positive individuals can reduce their viral load to an undetectable level. This means the virus cannot be transmitted sexually, a concept known as “U=U” (Undetectable = Untransmittable). For couples where one partner is HIV positive and the other is not, taking simple precautions such as consistent medical follow-ups, safe practices, and mutual communication ensures a safe environment. Emotional support, mutual respect, and understanding are equally important in maintaining a strong bond while addressing health needs responsibly. At Gateway Surrogacy, we recognize the diverse journeys to parenthood and the unique needs of every family.
