Every life form needs oxygen. First of all, The respiratory system is connected with the cardiovascular system where blood gets oxygenated. As well all know, the blood is composed of several cells such as the red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets. The white blood cells are responsible for immune responses in the body. Without oxygen, all three would not function well and would make the person very ill and prone to infection.
The respiratory and circulatory systems work together to transport oxygen to the cells and remove carbon dioxide. The nervous and muscular systems work together to control movement. The endocrine and reproductive systems work together to regulate hormone production for reproduction.
All body systems work together and are interdependent. For example, the circulatory system and the respiratory system are interdependent, because without oxygen, your heart is unable to pump blood, and without blood, your respiratory system cannot transfer oxygen. The nervous system and the immune system are interdependent because the brain signals when the immune system should activate, and the nervous system would eventually die off from infection or a virus without the immune system to protect it.
Immune System
It provides the oxygen for the muscles to work when they are doing aerobic respiration.
it occurs through the heart

The cardiovascular and respiratory system work together to distribute blood and oxygen through out your body

respiratory and cardiovascular systems
the respiratory system and the digestive system share the Pharynx. The Respiratory system contains the eppiglottis, which keeps food going down the esophogus instead of the trachea
The circulatory and respiratory systems work together to get oxygen to cells. Oxygen transfers from the respiratory to the circulatory system at the capillaries surrounding the alveoli.
The human body is made up of several interdependent systems that work together to maintain homeostasis and support the functions required for life. Some of the main systems include the circulatory system, respiratory system, nervous system, digestive system, and skeletal system. Each system has specific organs and structures that carry out particular functions to keep the body functioning properly.
