You don't they are illegal and kill brain cells, which never ever get replaced. It is against the rules of this website to tell you how to use any type of drugs. But let me tell you from personal experience that you do NOT want to start using inhalants. I did as a teenager and I am now in my 40s and to this day I still cough up what a doctor told me were mucous plugs from my lungs, caused by lung infection. I started coughing them up shortly after I started using inhalants. And I only used them for a short time. That is just one mild problem you can have from it. What inhalants do is actually eat up your brain. They can literally turn your brain to liquid. I read a story in Reader's Digest About a Boy who used them for a couple of years and he died, and they did an autopsy, and the majority of his brain had turned to liquid. His mother said that he had become unable to do schoolwork, had quit school, and had even become unable to carry on a conversation before he died. You are worth more than that kind of an end.
