You say to your mom: 'Mom, can you buy my X tampons please? Thank you'.
You can also simply buy your own tampons - use your own money or ask your mom for the money to go to the store yourself to buy what you need. You can also go to the store with your mom to help her with the shopping and just pop the tampons that you want into the basket as you go around.
You say something along the lines of the following:'Mom, can you please get me X brand tampons? Thank you!'Do remember that rayon tampons like Kotex pose much greater health risks than cotton tampons, so your mom may not agree to buy you these - that's not a bad thing, you can always use cotton tampons or use safer products like menstrual cups or softcups. You can also just try buying these yourself or put them in the basket when you're next at the store with your mom.
Mom, can I get a different type of tampon? Easy enough. **************************** I agree with the above answer. Remenber, your mum once went through pubity herself! So ask her, learn from her experience!
ask the nurse for pads or call your mom and tell her for pads or tampons.
You simply say to your mom: "Mom, I'd like to try tampons" and go from there. Tampons are not recommended to pre-teens or teens due to higher risk of TSS, you also have to be mature enough to follow precautions, thus your mom may want to talk to you about that. If your mom doesn't think that you're mature enough for tampons yet then accept that and use pads or cups instead.
just ask
Ask her nicely.
ask her
ask her
Ok. I have the EXACT same situation as you.. My mom said it causes UTI (something that starts with urinary _____ infection) and i can't use them until im sixteen :[ if your a person who lies [thats me] maybe just buy a tampon fromn one of those machines that they sell in schools, restaurants, or stores and buy one.. hope this helps :]
You simply ask, tampons aren't just for physical activities. But do bare in mind that tampons aren't recommended to pre-teens or teens due to higher risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome - remember too there are many precautions to follow to reduce risks including avoiding rayon tampons, changing every 4-6 hours, and alternative with pads. Some mom's may decide their daughters aren't responsible enough for tampon use, but they may support use of menstrual cups which are internal like tampons but significantly safer so fewer precautions to remember.
you can buy them when you r older like 11 12 but u have to ask your mom or dad you can buy them when you r older like 11 12 but u have to ask your mom or dad
its quite embarrassing, but you should just tell him. or next time you go to the store pick some up . Just tell him. He will definitely understand. Believe it or not, your dad is familiar with menstrual cycles and will totally understand that you need tampons. He might be a little reluctant to purchase them for you, but he should be understanding to take you to the store and to purchase them. Make sure that you purchase extra tampons for future use, this will alleviate this issue next month.
