There are tons of drugstore products that help tame frizzy hair. Try using a serum on wet hair to reduce frizziness. Resist touching your hair while it is drying as that can cause more frizz. Don't rub your hair with a towel excessively. Hot oil treatments can help smooth hair as well. Many women keep their hair longer because they find that shorter hair means more frizz.
if you blow dry your hair try blow drying it on medium instead of high. make sure you don't rub your hair with a towel, it will make it worse. and obviously they make products for frizzy hair but they don't always work as well as you would like.

You can stop frizzes in your hair by minimizing the amount of heat you apply to it. This means washing your hair with shampoo and conditioner, towel drying your hair, combing it through and allowing it to dry naturally. You can also apply a de-frizz serum if desired.
If your looking for a permanent solution i would recommend the Japanese hair straightening. But those have there faults. I strongly recommend CHI inferea treatment. Everyones hair is like a puzzle, so play around with different shampoos. Also, conditioner is soooooo important. Use a separate conditioner and like shampoo, find one that works for you.

This sounds ridiculous. I don't even think anybody should want frizzy hair. But, all you really have to do is when your hair is wet when you get out of the shower or whatever, that you touch your hair a lot.. it makes you hair really frizzy the more you touch it. That one of the main reasons that curly haired people have frizzy hair because when they are applying product or just even touching their hair makes it frizzy. Just saying this does not mean that every time you touch your wet hair means that it will go frizzy.
With a spiral perm your hair will tend to be frizzy. You can avoid this by putting moisture in your hair regularly.
