How do you find electrike in SoulSilver?

like all other hoenn Pokemon, if your pokedex says that a Pokemon (say linoone for example) i catch-able in the wild (for example mt. silver) turn onn your radio and tune into the Pokemon music channel. if the music playing is hoenn sound then make sure ur tuned into the radio channel and walk around in the tall grass a bit. a hoenn Pokemon should appear( try it at mt. silver, you will will find a linoone!)

in additon sometimes sombody will call you on the pokegear and tell you that a specific Pokemon has been seen in great quantity around an area, if you go to that route then you are very likelly to run into that Pokemon.

to answer you question specifically im not sure if you can catch an electrike in soul silver but if you could then you would need to do it the way i mentioned in the first paragraph.
