How do you get Lugia in Heartgold?

To get Lugia in Heartgold, you have to get the Silver Wing by an old man in pewter city in Kanto. Then after that you go to the whirl island that is next to the highest whirl island by Cianwood city. You need Whirlpool to get to the entrance, then optional: Flash. After that go near the ladder and keep going down until there is a pathway and a man is blocking it. The Silver Wing will shine and he will let you through. Go down the Zig Zag Pathway and go inside and there is Lugia Level 70. Make sure to save it before you fight it, because when it is in red health it can use Struggle and will be hit with recoil and therefore Lugia is dead. If you don't save it before you fight Lugia, Lugia does not respawn. So you have only 1 chance to catch it. But you have multiple chances if you save it. lugia knows the moves areoblast,ancient power,safegaurd andwater pulse.
