There are various ways to get Arceus. One is to cheat and use action replay or another cheating device like game shark, attend a special Pokemon event, download it off wi-fi, trade with a friend, trade from wi-fi and so on. Once you have Arceus put it in the first part of your party. Go to the ruins of Alph and walk into the house. The man should come out and the mini-event starts. P.S I checked wi-fi but there are no upcoming arceus events or downloads. Sorry. P.S.S I do have Arceus and got it from a speciall event, if you were wondering.
