As always when you want to get bigger it's about eating more and fat. There is however not a guarantee that the fat will go to your behind and it's also not good to gain too much weight when pregnant. By nature your hips will widen but the behind does not get perkier. You can do squats for that. That is however something I would focus on after the pregnancy. Exercise is important during pregnancy though.
